Q: How do I place an order?
We are currently taking "custom-orders" only. If you would like to place any order, please contact us by emaiingl Hanna@Richesse.nyc / Mai@Richesse.nyc or through DM on Instagram. We are very happy to assist you design your own case. If you want to see our sample design, please visit our collection. Also, if you are in NYC area, we take orders in person at boutique "Neon by Cheng" (66 E 7th Street, New York, NY).

For general questions and customer service please contact through the contact page. For bloggers, stylists, and press inquiries please contact, Hanna@Richesse.nyc. For any inquiries and orders in Japan, please contact, Mai@Richesse.nyc.
Q: Do the crystals stay on?
Although our customized bonding process ensures maximum hold, you should treat your item with care. Each crystal is handset with the highest quality adhesive; however, over time and with use, a crystal may fall off. Although this happens infrequently, we include some extra crystals.
Q: What is your return & cancellation policy?
All sales are final. If you would like to cancel your order, please email Hanna@Richesse.nyc within 24 hours and we will reverse the charge. Please note all cancelations are subject to a $10 fee. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to rectify the problem. Photos of the damage should be immediately be emailed to Hanna@Richesse.nyc. Please be sure to include your order number under the subject line. Once the damage is confirmed please send the item back and we will repair it immediately(shipping fee will NOT be charged for both ways).
IF YOU BREAK THE ITEM WE WILL NOT REPLACE IT. IF USER ERROR DAMAGED THE ITEM, WE CANNOT REPLACE IT (e.g. visible body damage from dropping it).
Q: When can I expect my order?
All of our items are hand-embelished to order and take anywhere between 7-14 business days to create (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). The 7-14 business days does not include shipping times. Once a product is shipped, we will send you the confirmation with a tracking number.
