Shipping + Returns
Richesse is a lifestyle brand based in New York City, which specialize in custom crystallizing with Swarovski crystals. All of our items are hand-embellished, and all custom pieces are made to order.
The production time may vary depending on demand. However, custom orders for cases usually take around 3 weeks, and Bling Pops take 7-10 days. The production time does not include shipping times. Once a product is shipped out, we will send you the confirmation with a tracking number.
Due to Covid-19, all shipments are taking longer than usual to process. Please expect 1-2 weeks extra for shipping after purchase for domestic U.S. orders.
International purchases are delayed until further notice because of limited international travel and lockdowns.

Domestic Shipping within the U.S.
USPS First Class Mail with tracking- $8 flat rate, free with purchase of $100 or more!
USPS Priority Shipping (Expedited)- $12 flat rate, generally 1-3 days with tracking.
International Shipping outside of the U.S.
USPS First Class International with tracking- $30 flat rate, free with purchase of $230 or more!
USPS Priority Mail International with tracking (Expedited)- Rates vary depending on purchase destination.
All sales are final. If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@Richesse.nyc within 24 hours and we will reverse the charge. Please note all cancellations are subject to a $10 fee.
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will work to rectify the problem. Please send us the photos of the damaged item immediately at info@Richesse.nyc. Please be sure to include your order number under the subject line.
Once the damage is confirmed please send the item back and we will repair it immediately (shipping fee will NOT be charged for both ways).
IF YOU BREAK THE ITEM WE WILL NOT REPLACE IT. IF ANY USER ERROR DAMAGED THE ITEM, WE CANNOT REPLACE IT (e.g. visible body damage from dropping it).
