Products of Richesse, LLC. displayed at the site are available in select stores in the United States, Japan and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Product Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Customs
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Richesse, LLC. cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain, if any, additional charges will be applied to your order. If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Richesse, LLC. at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
We do not have a warranty on our products, however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact info@Richesse.nyc for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.
NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. All purchases are FINAL SALE.
